The pieces

Every piece is embroidered by hand in Lucknow. Small differences in stitch, spacing and thread from the photographs are part of the handwork, not a defect. We photograph pieces as faithfully as we can, but colours vary between screens.

Prices & payment

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹). Shipping within India is free.
• Payment is taken online through Razorpay, by UPI, card, netbanking or wallet. We don't offer cash on delivery.
• If a price on the site is ever wrong because of an obvious error, we'll tell you before dispatch and you can pay the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Your order

Your order is confirmed once your payment is confirmed, and you'll see a confirmation page with your order number. Many pieces exist in small numbers — if a piece turns out to be unavailable after you pay, we'll cancel that piece and refund it in full.

Using this site

The photographs, text, designs and the Aabru by QAS name and marks on this site belong to us. Please don't copy or reuse them without our written permission. Don't misuse the site — for example by attempting to interfere with checkout or place fraudulent orders.

Our liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms takes away your rights as a consumer under Indian law.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the courts of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one on this page when you place your order.
