What we keep, and why.

We collect only what we need to get your order to you. We don't sell it, and we don't track you around the internet.

Who we are

aabru.co.in is run by Mohammad Faiz Qamar, trading as Aabru by QAS, from Lucknow, India. For anything in this policy, write to qasdubai01@gmail.com.

What we collect

When you order: your name, email, phone number, delivery address and any note you add, along with what you bought and what you paid.
When you join a Drop list: your email address.
When you pay: payment is handled entirely by Razorpay. We receive a payment reference and whether it succeeded — never your card number, UPI PIN or bank login.
When you browse: our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs, such as IP address and browser type, to keep the site running and secure.

On your device

We store your bag in your browser so it survives a refresh, and remember that you've already seen our opening animation. That is all. We use no advertising cookies, analytics trackers or social media pixels. Razorpay's payment window may set its own cookies while you pay, under Razorpay's privacy policy.

Why we use it

to pack, ship and deliver your order,
to contact you about your order, a return or a refund,
to tell you about a Drop you signed up for, and
to keep the accounting records the law requires.

Who we share it with

Only the services that make an order happen:

Razorpay, to process your payment and keep the record of your order, including your delivery details;
our courier partner, who needs your name, phone and address to deliver;
our hosting and database providers (Vercel and Neon), who store it on our behalf and may process it on servers outside India.

We never sell your data, and never share it for anyone else's marketing.

How long we keep it

Order details are kept for as long as we need them to handle your order, returns and refunds, and for as long as Indian tax and accounting law requires. Drop-list emails are kept until you ask us to remove them.

Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it (except records the law requires us to keep), or withdraw your consent to Drop emails. Children

This site isn't meant for anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update it here and change the date at the top.
