Where we ship

We currently ship within India only. If your pincode is one our courier partners can't reach, we'll tell you and refund the order in full.

When it leaves

Every piece in the catalogue is already made. Your order is checked, folded and packed by hand, and leaves Lucknow within 2–4 working days of payment. Orders placed on a Sunday or a public holiday are counted from the next working day.

How long it takes

Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 3–7 working days, depending on your pincode. Metro cities are typically quicker; remote areas can take a little longer.

Tracking

We send your tracking details by email or WhatsApp as soon as your parcel is handed to the courier.

Cost

Free. There is no shipping charge at checkout and none on delivery. We don't offer cash on delivery — every order is paid online through Razorpay.

If something goes wrong

• Parcel damaged on arrival: take photos before opening if you can, and write to us within 48 hours.
• Delayed or lost:if your tracking hasn't moved in five working days, tell us and we'll chase the courier.
• Wrong address:write to us before dispatch and we'll correct it. After dispatch we'll do our best, but can't promise a redirect.
